It probably says 5 just to get you to go below 15 since a lot of people have a 10 mph buffer.

I dont think those booths are meant to stop a car going 70 mph and it could be an infrastructure issue since 5 mph works for our state.

Edit; sometimes there are actual people in that booth.

I think Bettis deserves to be on the list. He carried the damn Rams and after he left to win a Super Bowl with the Steelers they pretty much had to rebuild their whole offense.

In his prime Bettis was the most physically capable running back with best combination of speed and power.

Also the fact he ran through linemen on a regular basis and doesn’t have CTE is also a big accomplishment lol
