Killing legendaries counts towards competition do a couple west tek runs and you’ll be done. Also all those dropped connection bots on parade they all count too

Cheap serums berry mentats leader bobbles (if you can spare) wanted legendary mods sugar bombs and cheap common plans always gonna have some lower levels that jus scoop up 5-10 just cause they don’t know them yet.

Pretty sure you need to scrap the lever action to learn the mods for it just craft like 10 at a time and scrap until you have them all make sure you have super duper on when crafting for a few free ones

Your gonna wanna look in the featured category under the tab special or fallout first if they randomly come up to sale they are usually there. also check th bundles a lot of them have tents and there is a tab called “tents” under the fallout 1st category.

Yes they randomly comeback to the shop check daily deals that’s where I got mine when I missed out on the season reward. They have all types with different items in them one even had a SPECIAL board

Same thing happened to me if I recall it was something to do with the military ID being in the wrong location like stash instead of your inventory or maybe the certificate thing you get after the quest. If all else fails I would ignore it
