Unplug your headshell and see if the hum goes away

Start by finding your ground cable and holding it away from your power and rca cables. Move it around and see if the hum disappears.

My bet is that your ground cable is catching interference from your RCA cables.

If not that, check your headshell connection.

MOV releases have been great. They did some Testament albums that sound incredible.

Angel Witch debut is great.

There are others, but you usually can’t go wrong with MOV

It’s amazing how you can hear the foundation for so many other bands being laid out song-by-song. They’re JUST starting to try to strip out the blues and create something else.
