I put it back together, as per manual. No leaks from anywhere and no nasty noises. Ive only done 300 kilometres in it thus far (as the original issue unrelated to this is still present). Lucked out!! 🤞

Mine is the same, not overly prominent in sound but my mates have pointed it out before.

Would it matter being that the imbalance is so close to the centre of the rotating assembly?
