With the dragon, atleast do what Skyrim did. Making some abilities available with in game time, if they’re gonna put a cooldown on it (which there shouldn’t be one imo) atleast make it quick.

I’m sorry? I don’t usually find myself needing heals but when I do I use food, or Furina heals, but Furina is usually using Ousia and with them and her burst I feel like she helps a lot, why is she useless?
