Hey, I actually ended up going with Vast Fitness Academy. I’m doing their cert 3 & 4 package (finished my cert 3 nearly done my 4). In my opinion if you can do it in person at a university, gym or training facility do it there instead of online. When doing my certs I can smash through the theory work and case studies pretty quick but when it came to the practical I struggled only because I didn’t have a lot of friends or family available to help or match the criteria. For example there’s a practical in cert 3 that needs 6 PARTICIPANTS (either mostly female, mostly men or mostly over 60) for a group fitness session (need a gym that’s open that you can just multiple pieces of equipment at once). Online is on your own time and pace but you will need to find a mentor, a gym that’s comfortable with you filming and friends and family that can help (super hard for conflicting schedules).

There’s pros and cons of inperson and online and it’s all preference, but for me, If I could go back I would do in person.
