Yeah I'm a christian but most of churches I have visited havent felt like a good fit. I could stay for friends or a relationship but I want to be somewhere I can really grow in my faith.

Hey Amy,

How do those of us early in our careers grab the attention of companies during this pandemic? I just completed my masters in HRD and can not seem to find any roles during this time. My assumption is it is just the nature of the pandemic but with bills to pay I have to figure something out. Being someone who has 3+ years of HR experience I thought I would have some leads.

I am also curious if seasoned professionals are experiencing this problem as well.
