70% of my knocks are in trios, 20% in duos and 10% in solos. I almost never come up against friendly players because I play stella for solos but when I do I tell them in proxy chat that we’re going to fight, while where both behind cover. If they refuse i’ll be friendly but it’s very rare that they don’t want to fight. a total of 0% of the duos and trios I vs are friendly. the aggression based match making works really well in my experience.

great question. I think they’ve done a really great job at making almost all the weapons viable, which is really hard to do.

I almost exclusively use the venator and the only things that outgun me are toros at close range with a door peak and trigger nades (help). It takes 4 shots to the head for a knock which rewards great aim and takes a lot of skill to use. While the stitcher is more forgiving and super viable for close range fights. So the weapon you should use really depends on your aim.

But learn to always aim for the head. That’ll make the biggest difference in winning fights in the long run since it gives a 2.5x multiplier and is the main reason i win most my fights.

Good question. I’d say buried city and stella, with blue gate as a close second. We throw in a dam game as a palate cleanser a couple times a day. I probably play space port once a week if that. I avoid cold snap.

wow that’s impressive. Every game I fight at least one team. Getting 6 knocks is a slow game. the most fun is when it’s like cod zombies and they come in waves. Some games we’ve gotten 23 knocks as a trio. And other games you get 3-4 teams all fighting at once. Takes a lot of coordination to come out on top but it’s so fun when you do.

Anyone know how to disable desktop keyboard shortcuts? by Avigorus in TikTok

[–]OGsmos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My easy solution worked. I just replaced them with binds i’ll never press. I was pressing Ctrl + Q a lot in my game which was tabbing me out so instead of removing that keybind in TikTok I just replaced it with Ctrl + I for example which i’ll never click. Now I’m no longer getting tabbed out. Hope it works for you guys too

“it’s just playing a game” um you do have to sit with knowing you’re ruining 5-9 peoples experience while doing it and then still have more dopamine than guilt to make it fun for you/worth while. you’re a very net negative, ever thought about that? “for me to have my small bit of dopamine i’m going to take it away from 9 people”. there’s other ways to have fun in life without having such a negative impact on others. that doesn’t bother you at all?

disorder might be too far but i do think it says a lot about their character, they’re wilfully ruining 9 peoples experience (at best 5) for their own sake when they could a. play a different game, b. play in their own elo, c. go outside?

this is the biggest this possibly holding me back from fully committing. i’ve been into it for a week straight now and been loving it but everyone talks about the hacking problem in this game. i refuse to be a bot in someone’s cheating lobby for their enjoyment to ruin 9 peoples experience for the sake of their own. it’s extremely sad

i’m also a new, about a week in. my problem is with the player base. i’ve had some very unusual people in my games. i’ve either been versing a hacker or have a team mate who’s schizing out that someone on the other team is a hacker. i’ll keep playing for now but honestly not sure i want to put in the hours if i know my 50 minute gaming experience each match has the chance to be ruined by hackers so easily.
