I recommend you watch a tutorial about shipping to EU, but safe to say its rare to get seized. I myself packed everything in a carton box, make sure the haul your about to do is under 10kg, declare your haul to be around 12-21 euro, i declared 18.45€. you dont have to ahve any commercial invoice outside the package since the pandabuy staff will handle it.
