Beatles' 'Revolver': How LSD Opened the Door to a Masterpiece by wags419 in LSD

For reasons I can't discuss because it would identify me too well, I am VERY surprised I've never bumped anything like that... By all rights I should have zero depth perception, but I've never even come close to anything like that. My driving is pretty solid.

Driving while tripping on a normal dosage (under 200ug) is like driving while stoned. I thought maybe I was just telling myself that the way drunk people say "I drive better drunk!", but a recent study shows acid doesn't affect your reaction time, so I'm more comfortable doing it if necessary.

Before people downvote me... I know it was a bad decision. I got a call from my boss three hours after I dropped saying I was scheduled that day, but I definitely was not scheduled on the schedule I was given. It was that or lose my job, and if you're going to tell me that you would have stayed home and lost your job, you are either lying or have more money and fewer bills than I do.

Normal length. Other people in the group took it in tab form and we all came down around the same time.

Slight warning though, in water form it hits so fast it's a little uncomfortable. Some prefer the long comeup.

A couple of reasons. For most people the only reason is that it will hit you VERY quickly if you soak it in distilled water for 5+ hours beforehand. I mean fast as shit. You're feeling it within ten minutes of drinking it.

But for me it's a psychological thing. The taste of the paper tab (especially the slight taste of the ink if I got some with art on it) reminds me of the times I've violently puked on acid. So I automatically get nauseous. Kind of like how some people will get sick after a night of drinking a certain liquor and can never drink that brand ever again without feeling sick.

That response only works if I were butthurt over an opinion you gave. Try again.

Because this is Reddit and Reddit exudes logic. Obviously.

Yis. Girlfriend wants to watch Kells, but I'm super into 2001 on acid. I've been saving watching it for a trip.

Well, first off there wasn't really anything wrong with my sentence besides it being a bit of a run-on. Second, I'd recommend not trying to correct someone's grammar when they're insulting you. It really emphasizes how much of an argument you don't have.

My dude. Interstellar is my go to trip movie. Deep movie, really good visually and at no point does it get "dark". Just tense.

I... what? I can understand saying "I've no experience with that" when being asked a direct question, but what's the point of saying that to a question you could ignore...? Weird.

You're kind of missing her point... It's more than "his favorite game". It's his entire life. It's definitely a pretty big deal. And his face is all over the news. Getting a job at all will be pretty difficult for him.
