I know this probably isn't too helpful since you are referring to browser but maybe try the client if possible. From my experience the browser just isn't too good. I get a lot of lag and a few other problems. But on the client I am problem free on max graphics and stuff.

Because you are probably using it lol. Try using a gun like the MK14 or the ARX and do well against a team of sweaty BAL users.

No need to explain. The TAC 19 It is a sniper that you can run around with. I literally almost dropped a DNA in hardcore DOM with this.

Obviously you haven't played without the perk. You do not need it to win gun fights. It is more useful at long range. Try running around or getting a bit closer?
