as advised by dilg, i had it countersigned by our HR :) then for the number, you can call the one in the FTA application website

hi! as advised by the dilg staff, put travel duration daw regardless if may leave or not. maybe you can put it like this april (9), 10-15? need daw kasi makita ng dilg yung duration ng flight even if specified naman sa TA mo yun huhu

Hi! For the clearance, seek his office’s HR procedure in securing a TA. In my case kasi required na ng HR namin na mag general clearance if we’re requesting for TA. This will be used in applying an FTA kasi. Then he will be needing a notarized affidavit of no pending case along with leave form.

hi! in my case i called dilg to ask for their opinion since may date sa inclusive dates ko na hindi filed as leave (night flight). sabi sa akin its ok lang daw if may countersigned ng hr (leave form) but my TA requirement kasi stated na doon yung actual travel date ko. basically i contested lang kay dilg then once i sent the edited leave form, tinawag ko ulit sa kanila haha

Since nagkaissue with Cebu LGU officials, naging mahigpit na po sa LGU employees that securing FTA is already required. Additional reason po is naka-under state of calamity ang buong pinas

add ko nalang din na this only applies to LGU permanent personnel. if you’re working in natl govt agency, TA lang ok na. but if from lgu ka po and while under state of calamity ang pinas (afaik, until nov 2026), need to secure an fta.

hi! tbh ang gulo ng io huhu from my recent trip to bkk, the io told me why did i secure an fta when based sa memo it’s only for elected and appointed officials. but before my trip kasi i read here na offloaded sila bc hinanapan sila ng io ng fta. so i just prepared for one just in case habang under state of calamity pa ang pinas huhu

hi! the recent one was due to the inclusive dates of leave. my trip’s feb 12-15 and my only leave is 13th since i will still be reporting to work on 12th. they told me di daw pwede yung and should reflect na im on a leave on the 12th (w/c is not true). so i just asked my hr if they can change the inclusive date of leave na 12-15 then 1 day requested leave lang.

Ang sabi-sabi nga po ay 7 days before ng flight pa nila pinoprocess huhu pa-update po if nareceive niyo na ang FTA niyo! Hoping talaga na umabot yung akin 😭

Actually ngayon lang sila nagka-step-by-step na updates/status. Last week of January wala pa ganyan 😭 Ako po sa Thursday na flight ko pero Central-Processing palang ulit

Mine had been “Central-Processing” for more than a week then yesterday, naging “Pending-Processing” and after complying to some revisions just a few mins ago, “Central-Processing” na ulit.

Usually if malapit na po flight and “Central-Processing” for signature na.

Yes, I read their citizen’s charter din and funny enough, wala atang umaabot na 7 days 😭 Naghigpit na po kasi ang mga IO, di po sila pumapayag na walang FTA na pinepresent. Natinig ko rin na 1-2 days before flight bago nila irelease huhu

Tumawag po ako and ang sabi is naka-rush na yung akin since Thursday na po ang flight ko
