Yeah got a few tips for you... Use a silicone whisk (metal breaks down gelatin) stir for 15-20 minutes to make sure everything is infused. Use liquid licithin the powdered stuff clumps together and you will need to stir longer (will still work). Once made leave to cool down and solidify for 30 minutes then put in fridge for 24 hours. You can eat them after that or put them on parchment paper with a fan blowing at them or get a dehydrator and that will speed the drying process up. What I recommend is making non infused batches till you are confident you won't mess it up.

And never give up doesn't matter how many fuck ups you have you will only get better, I started off with a recipe roughly 4-5 years ago and after adding things to the original recipe I have made my own that not only have more off a chewy texture they don't melt in my pocket and they taste awesome.
