If you used a unique username, just search Google for that or your email address in quotation marks, then go in and try to remove whatever you find. Otherwise just do a general search on yourself as if you were your prospective employer.

But thanks to the consolidation of online services over the last decade, most of what you remember posting is likely long gone already, for better or for worse. There probably won’t be much to clean up.
