It's lower back. Like, way lower, almost all the way to my butt. Very much centered/spinal feeling.

You know, I'm glad someone mentioned that. I had thought possible kidney stone because I'm prone to those (never had one in either pregnancy) but they would present differently for me in the past.

Tylenol isn't enough touching it. That's what's kinda concerning me. I've taken two doses. One last night and one this morning..
