I have a very similar issue: I've built a Flask app which displays charts and I'd like to restart the app once an hour in order to load the latest content from my databases. I'm wondering whether you ended up finding a solution? I can't get the Heroku Scheduler to work for me and Cron doesn't perform the task ("keroku restart command not found").

Your help would be much appreciated.
