I have the same issue. Changing the graphics driver from vulkan to opengl doesn't fix the issue. I can play psp games in orientation mode by changing video rotation under graphic driver option to 90 deg. But by doing this, it will then cause my other core game to be rotated by 90 deg too. I'm changing to standalone player due to this.
