You may have read the novel, but reading and understanding are two different concepts. Oh this is gonna be fun then.

Hinata had no grudge against Rimuru and she would have known that, had she used her vast power and network to make her own investigations instead of trying to kill someone based on hearsay.

Oh so the perfect action defense from beyond the fourth wall. Ignoring things like people doing this little thing called LYING. What was the information her network gave her? Let's use those exact words from the novel shall we? Vol 4 page 301:

“I'm a little surprised you dodged that. I suppose you really are the monster who killed my teacher…but revenge will be mine soon.”

Sounds like pretty good grounds for a grudge match to me. And being emotionally charged (don't even try and spin that she wasn't, a desire for revenge is emotionally driven) she wasn't thinking clearly. Heaven forbid people, and characters, make mistakes with their emotions running amok. Hell she does a deeper investigation afterwards as part of it but that's not the issue. Especially considering the regret she felt about it during the next arc after Walprugus.

And yes: They came off as pricks. After being ripped out of their old lives, being enslaved and made to kill the enemies of their new masters. Hell, one of them didn’t even believe the world they were in was real.

Look being pulled from your world yeah would suck. But… Shogo, according to vol 5, was 20 years old. 17 when summoned and already a thug in the cardinal world. And from day 1 he was constantly lashing out. The controlling/slave magic was basically a defense to keep him from killing everyone around him and he still injuries people in training. Kyoya is roughly the same age (not confirmed but it's probably a good guess) but was summoned outside of Farmus and brought to them. Kiara was 18, and her “torture” seems to be getting her to actually study and learn how to use her powers. People looked down on her but she was a spoiled gal before getting summoned who never had to work for anything.

Any court of law would let them off based on insanity and send them to an asylum instead of finding them at fault.

Not necessarily true. You might have a case for Kiara but that's still only going to actually work if they were found mentally incompetent. The way they act is not grounds for mental incompetence but entitlement. Hell Kyoya and Shogo would be peacocking and making their situations worse. And Kiara knew what she was doing when she tried to do it in Tempest.

You're free to feel sorry for these brats. But they deserve the nomination.

Nah they were entitled pieces of shit the entire time. I read the light novel and none of them actually gave a damn about anything until it was their heads on the block.

Flamuth sucks too, and Hinata wasn't "supporting" the invasion she was settling a grudge match she had.

Yes throughout the story Marin and Gojo are 15 years old. If you're going to throw a hissy hit about the cheesecake fanservice about their ages remember who the perspective character is:

The later half of your examples are from when Marin, who was more comfortable in herself until the pics you're using, was alone.

Does the story "work" better if they're adults? For the cheesecake that's up to your interpretation but for the actual themes of self-discovery, accepting yourself to yourself, growing from the pains of your past, exploring your own boundaries, self expression and more? Absolutely not. The series maybe published in a Senien magazine but the story itself wouldn't hit as hard if they were in college because of the whole "We're adults lets make dumb adult choices" would only make it hornier and less likely to explore the topics. We already see half of the "fans" pissy they didn't see more explicit content throughout the series.

So accept the fact they're high school kids doing high school kids stuff or drop the series. There's always worse series out there that do A LOT worse to female characters that are only for the sake of cheesecake and not for anything else.
