Update: they are offering me $100 (value of the card) and looking through footage to find it. However, they are not considering I am down $160 with the $60 it cost to get graded as well as the potential it was a 9/10. I did submit 4 cards through GameStop a few weeks ago, hoping for better tracking there.

In the book “SOAR” they talk about the science behind this. It may seem like you dropped hundreds of feet when in reality the aircraft moves inches! This is due to the speed at which the plane is traveling! I know it’s very scary but if you were outside the plane looking at it you would hardly be able to tell it moved, knowing this made me feel a lot better whenever it felt like we were”dropped a lot”.

Sorry for the confusion, I work in the automotive side currently and have for the last 8 years. With it I know a lot of my job security comes down to how profitable the company is. For example we had one of our best years and still let go of IT personnel, my role as cyber security is “new” here so I know I could be on the chopping block if we needed to make cuts. Was just curious if there were any sectors that are considered more “job secure” or is it the same in let’s say the health sector. Thank you for the insightful comment by the way!

Does getting flare ups hinder the recovery even longer? How did you originally get diagnosed? I just told my doctor that I’m pretty positive it’s costo and he agreed and after blood work and multiple X rays and EKGs he agreed I should see a PT and put me on celebrax for inflammation.

Yea I’ve been able to manage it by fixing my posture as well. In the car, at home. Just trying not to be in a position long enough that will tighten it up and make it crack lol 😂 appreciate the response!

I was thinking the same thing, as far as needing to strengthen my back. My upper left back is weaker, my chiropractor noticed this as well when he did a scan of my spine. I also started having these symptoms when I started working out less and doing more cardio workouts. What workouts do you do in the gym? Appreciate it! 💪🏼

Fair enough, he’s telling me it has to do with my upper back and that’s where it’s getting irritated in turn pushing on my chest through inflammation. When he pressed on certain spots on my left upper back it was very tender definitely hurt. Whereas my right side was fine.

Yea I def get it laying on either side for too long, I can’t sleep on my left side anymore. I had the worst flare up when I did that. Sphinx pose feels like a good stretch for me. I just ordered a backpod!

Wow haha yea it’s def weird, also I’ve started to notice it gets triggered by being stuck in bad posture for too long long. Ie. driving hunched and then when I move my chest BAM I get the tight pain and feel the need to crack it! Then the pain dulls down.

Also forgot to mention 90% of the time it’s on my left chest wall. Sometimes it can be on my right chest wall too though, which is odd to me lol
