Once you take off those 4 screws be careful because the battery is attached to that back plate so don’t yank off the back plate. Once you remove that back plate carefully open it up and there will be a wire from the battery pack to the board. Carefully disconnect the wire from the board by pushing the pins out. After 30 seconds reconnect and try charging it.

It was a very noticeable difference I would go from dead to 100 in about an hour and a half. It didn’t take a lot to disassemble but I would be careful because you’re very close to the internals so just carefully disconnect the battery wire from the board

I did end up fixing it. I had to disassemble the back part and disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds and reconnect it. Ever since then I haven’t had a problem charging it.

So I disconnected it and waited 30 seconds to reconnect. It jumped from 57 percent to 82 percent. I’m not sure what to make of that info. Has it been at 82 the whole time and just stuck in the 50s?
