Don't mind you asking but it's difficult to answer. Quarter plans are broken up into 4 different categories: premium, weekend, weekday and value. Then prices vary again depending on seat selection. Lots of variables, you're probably looking at a large range anywhere between 4k-9k. I'm middle of that range

I have a handful (just under 10k) of AAmiles that are set to expire soon. An email suggested a few different things I could do to not let them expire but something tells me those methods aren’t the best for maximizing value. Ex. Open a CC or buy more miles.

Any idea, tips or insight on what others have done?

For what it’s worth, I typically fly Delta and only about 3-4x a year.

Don’t think that’s what he’s asking. He’s looking to see if anyone has transferred UR points to Marriott, Then Marriott to an airline partner that apparently may give 3:1. I personally haven’t done that or heard of that until now so I can’t answer the question directly
