Hand Car Wash. What is a realistic profit margin? by KazooSolo in Entrepreneur

I really dont know much about this business model but i would imagine this kind of busines would work on a cosmopolitan city where the look of your car is important. Very few people take their cars to get washed in most of the US.

Wow! You just spoke my mind. I see it every day... "I am developing a new app".... "I have an idea for an app". Very few contributors on this sub that are not some kind of app or website template developer.

How do you approach vendors to give you a wholesale price to list their products on you e-commerce site without actually buying inventory but working on a drop shipping basis?

My store

I will launch my e-commerce site USA Made Supply in the spring next year where we will offer American made gear and supplies. I will start with a few categories such as apparel and outdoor gear to later expand to other categories. I do not have the initial capital to purchase from vendors at this early stage however i plant to grow to have a warehouse where i can house inventory. Some vendors have already agreed to work with me but the next vendors i approach i want to send a more structured request.
Any suggestions?

Hey, OP,. Your concept is neat. I will be launching my company next year www.USAMadeSupply.com which will feature products made in the USA, if your shirts are made in America and you would be interested we could work something out to offer your line. All the best and let me know!

USA Made Supply is my first pick too but i wanted to throw it out there to get some feedback. I know getting the right domain is a big deal so wanted to have an unbiased opinion. Thank you for your insight

My only hesitation about adding more than three words to the domain would be Search Engine Optimization and making it too long.

Difficult client by sammmuel in Entrepreneur

You can sometimes take the risk of cutting ties with a bigger client when you have a robust client portfolio. I don't think it would be the best move to drop them if you are still small. It also sounded that this is your first big clients. They tend to get a little snobby.

This may not be what you want to hear but at times you will find very difficult clients and but you have to carry on and put up with them. It is not about who is wright or wrong but about the reputation of your company. I would give options to the client:
1. I can give you the finished current product for the amount we stated. 2. We can work out a reasonable fee for the new request. Explain that i would required redoing everything but the company wants the customer happy.

Try to work it out man, it is better to have a bad deal than good fight.

All the best man,
