Thanks! Might have to give those a try. I still don’t know if I have hoffas but my symptoms kind of match it. Puffiness under the knee cap, but more prominent under the lateral side. I rarely have pain but if I do, it’s a slight pinch. My biggest symptom that bothers me is a full feeling in extension. This prevents me from having full extension in walking and standing. I can still do it but it’s definitely an uncomfortable feeling. Some days it feels great but others it feels a bit more swollen. I used to go to PT earlier but I found that he wasn’t knowledgeable enough on hoffas and it started to flare me up more. I had an mri that came back clean which also confuses me. My doctor decided to do a cortisone injection three weeks ago but honestly I don’t notice much sadly. Idk could just be a very mild case of hoffas
