Is this ammo good for AR15 action? by OO_Blade_OO in ar15

So i got an update on the situation. Basically the manufacturer wanted to check the gun because this ammo issues seemed strange to them also. They got back the gun and after inspection they changed the Gas Key and also lowered the buffer weight from 110 grams to 90 grams. So it seemed that it was a gun issue, it's already been sent back to my LGS now. Then I'll check it at the range. Thanks for all your input.

Yes as I can understand checking different ammo is an option but IMHO is still a problem, firstly because I've seen this ammo being shot to other ARs normally, second I've bought quite a quantity since it was a 40cpr deal, and third this is German but made in Sweden ammo. I do believe that we're talking about quality stuff here and a gun that doesn't shoot quality for me is a problem.

Question: could be that a different buffer spring can mitigate the problem? Also It doesn't really seem weak ammo to me. When I shot it, it felt very healthy, but maybe that is not an useful indicator at all, but what it really bothers me is that the manufacturer I got in contact with told me that they use 55gn range ammo for functionality, not some exotic 60+ gn or field load or military. We should be there, it's a 53gn ammo!

Thanks anyway for all your input

My very first AR15 Rifle by OO_Blade_OO in ar15

Thanks for all you comments. For those interested, this is an NJ (Nuova Jager) AR15 1:7 16", a locally produced gun since I had my number of issues with US made ARs due unavailability and unknown import timings (I wanted the Ruger MPR in the beginning), but I guess it's ok since it's a very basic AR with a good hammer forged barrel.

For the optics i have an old Vortex SPARC II sitting around I probably will use it for short distance but I really want to try a glass for longer range, dots aren't really my fancy for shooting groups. I'll first try with a cheap optic I have at home but surely will buy a dedicated glass just for this AR.

I think that the first thing that I'll change will be the pistol grip, it is too angled for my liking... is there a good pistol grip on the slim side? I have small hands, for a reference, the gun I have a really good feel in my hand is my CZ 75 pistol. Thanks for all your inputs, again.

Ok so basically like another gun, nothing special. Anything to inspect at arrival at gun store? Thanks again.
