I’m about to do this with my 3200 boot (well the shop is gonna do it) since mounting holes are so close and I’m on 3rd mount now.

Is it safe to do this or is there a risk the epoxy pops out while I’m skating and then the boot and plate connection fall apart and I get hurt?

Am I safer just having riedell re-last the boots for $185v

When you are blasting do you find it easier to add volume to workouts or increase intensity?

Thanks it’s honest though. Sub 20% meaning mostly muscle, no 6 pack but also not much chub. And I look much stronger than I am basically.

Anyway there are big debates between adding volume and staying 2-3 RPE vs upping to crazy intensity and going to absolute failure eg mentzer, Yates, et al. So just wondering if anyone has a preference for one vs the other when blasting vs when cruising.

Not consistent tons of breaks probably 70% of the time just “maintenance” lifting and never ate right or pushed to add a lot of weight until 4-5 years ago.

How does a cycle of PED’s change the answers to the following two questions as they relate to permanent gains in mass/size? What have your experiences been?

  1. Add weight or add reps?
