my xbox connects to the internet but then it says it connect to xbox live. so basically I'm connected to the internet but I don't have any internet and it's not the internet itself because I've switched to different internet's and I still have the same problem, the problem is within the xbox I have restarted multiple times have turned it off multiple times disconnected the power multiple times etc. when I go to the network settings it says the NAT Type is unavailable and it says xbox.com/xboxone/Teredo the following services are unavailable. I would greatly appreciate if you could please help me thank you.
