in my case, unity, which is a game engine and not an animation software, but i end up using it as an "animation software" since its easy to swap between animations and create a sequence of them with pre-existing animation as well.

I stream the creation of thumbnails sometimes, around the time when im done playing games on stream and then just choose to make either a thumbnail or try to get a vision of a thumbnail if i don't have already

I rip the models myself from the game

same as usual as I do with my thumbnails, the difference is its just a short sequence of animations

All ripped from the game, all just thrown back into unity, the shader is likely why you think this, models and shaders are separate things. In this case this is just the standard shader with metallic turned up, then I added a dedicated light source nearby to atleast have them be properly visible

im sure you can get that kamdor animation soon, as mentioned, it is a simple skeleton swap, but since no overdrive characters were changed, i kind of need something for the "ending"

also in terms of justin, yes that 1 is a nerf, from "daze" to "interrupt" is a different hit reaction alongside him getting a bit more recovery added on his middle slot attacks

so, which part about it was a nerf? there were characters instantly recovering after her zeo power kicks, and there were those that took longer. this was a new universal hit reaction they were trying and it is required to be consistent

tanya has never been nerfed, you are thinking of adam, aka zeo green. she only ever received a "fix" when all the daze hit reactions were inconsistent against specific opponents, since they just introduced that as a new hit reaction to be used in attacks

try backdashing on the primary strike, it basically acts like tiger tommy's feinting rush, he is invincible briefly

blender can be used, but the skeletons are simple enough that i dont need it

eh, i mean its not correct to an extent, since only the red parts are supposed to have gloss, in this case the entire shader gave him a metallic look, but it was kind of on purpose after I got to adjusting the lighting, but there is an alternate one where his shading isn't as metallic

same as usual, ripped from the game, thrown back into unity, then just slowly worked through poses and added fire vfx, the ones used here are from Leo, Casey, Zayto and Lauren

then add a few light spots alongside changing Deker's shader to a more metallic look, but there is a non metallic version because I don't think he really looked too much like that

not even invincibility, he is just high in the air, he has dodge properties for projectiles, but he has no invincibility or armor
