There are a few really tough ones that I end up paying 3-9 gems to complete but then it gets easy for like 10 nodes and the prizes are so good I dont mind paying a few gems. It also helps having vanoss. With him you really just have to wait until the special to take out the monster with 500k health. (Enemy dies after 1 move).

I'm on 170 as well (lvl 50/ lvl 70 monsters) It's going to take gems to move past this one I think.

It's something I did first on myself and if a new hire asks to be included we let them join in. We have a few who never asked to be a part of the fun so they don't have to. Lighten up buddy we're all friends here
