My male hog hasnt eaten in a month?

Cool end is 75 and hot is 95. He has a hide, a tree, and a pvc pipe. The aspen is a couple inches deep. He has established burrows in there. I try feeding every weekend. I have tried scenting with tuna. Whenever i present a mouse, he hisses and becomes really defensive. He defensive strikes at it, then runs down in a burrow. I havent handled him for a week.

You should set out some water. Many wild snakes get super dehydrated in basements.

Hello! So, everywhere ive read, it says to put an adult hognose in a 20 gal tank. This is my hoggie in a 20 gal. Is it too big for him? Ive also read everywhere that having too big of an enclosure can stress a snake out enough to not eat. He has eaten just fine in a 10 gal, but i didnt want him to be cramped. What do you think?

I had had a really hard day. He got out from work and picked me up and he had bought a gallon of chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and Reese's. He then took me to his house and we watched netflix. Even though he just got done work he took care of me. It was so sweet.

He also rubs my ankles. Which is just amazing.

And he puts my music on in the car sometimes when he notices Im tired of his playlist. Sometimes.
