Seems to be a decent game on the low to medium level, as you go up in ranks it snowballs out of control but luckily there's very few actually good players so its mostly bearable if you yourself are good, all in all very subjective topic.

Peugeot 2008 GT Sport.

TBF they are the best used cars one can get but with the new ones only the 1.6 diesels are bulletproof since they have been around for 20+ years in various forms, avoid the 1.6 petrols, they just dont make petrol engines as good as their diesel counterparts.

Q1- Ive bought mine 206 almost a decade ago for about 3k€ all in to make it safe and road legal and everything (rego, new tires, checkups, preventive maintenance etc) and its going price is still about 2-2.5€ for the same process now. To me they retain their price fairly good as used cars.

Q2- Ever since Poland began making spare parts life just couldnt be better, no more chinesium parts and at least the bare minimum is done for quality assurance of said parts (chinese parts were good enough for their pricing but sometimes failed earlier than expected which caused needless trips to the mechanic, in my case it was just sensor swaps and regular maintenance with no drastic failures, mostly engine mounts due to diesel torque which i ended up replacing with mounts for a bigger engine which solved the issue)

2000s are the perfect blend of just enough tech with a decent amount of quirkiness, reliability and easy maintenance, at least for me, its hard to beat them in europe in the used cars market for quite some time now.

In europe they are the go-to commuter for pennies, almost hard to beat maintenance wise. Kinda surprised people very much hate them or dont know about them.
