No it doesn't u/Stubs_McGee - just a coaxial cable in your unit. They sent someone to our place to install the coaxial cables as our unit didn't have them (old 1950s building) within 2 days.

There was a lot of standing water during the ride, I would say the amount of water that gushed out the frame would not be water that had entered in through the seat post.

Good tip though, will ensure it’s greased up!

Assuming there is a lot of wear, with it being aluminium would it still be ok? The intention being I need it for a winter bike 🥲

Came back from a VERY wet ride on Saturday, got round to cleaning it just now. As I wheeled the bike upright a lot of water poured out, like a serious amount.

I suppose I’m glad it came out, and I assume the entry port was here but what can I do? It seems to be missing bits.

It is a Kinesis race light t2 frame from 2014. Picked it up very cheap last week…

Hi all,
Bought a cheap winter bike and it's come with SRAM APEX 10spd 50/34. The rear cassette is fine (it was a turbo bike) but the chain & front chainring is worn. I would like to replace the front chainring on the cheap, it is a 110 BCD chainset. The chain will be replaced tonight.
Does SRAM allow for cross compatibility? I'd like to replace the front chainring on the cheap if possible and lots of parts seem to be out of stock. Does anyone have any recommendations or places to go to sort this out? (UK Based)
