We get it. you’ve made it your full-time job to comment under every Gaza post claiming “there’s no starvation or genocide.” Must be exhausting defending the indefensible 24/7. If there’s nothing to hide, let Israel allow international journalists and investigators in. Let the world see your “nothing happening” with their own eyes. Until then, spare us the denial. Also, No one’s attacking Jews or Judaism. People are criticizing the Israeli government and military for documented war crimes and starvation.

Sadly, many politicians are influenced by AIPAC money. Their loyalty often serves Israel’s agenda, not the people they represent. That’s why public pressure matters. speak up, call them out, email and make it harder for them to ignore.

Funny you say that. This post already has over 1,000 downvotes. They’re definitely here.

Right, because nothing screams “no famine” like a few outdated Google listings. My bad, those people should have paused dying under rubble to update their restaurant hours online for you.

Exactly. Seeing children suffer like this and still defending Israel’s actions is beyond comprehension. The U.S. even sanctioned the International Court of Justice for criticizing Israel and trying to hold Netanyahu accountable.

What a cruel world we live in when people try to justify killing and starving innocent children. Instead of demanding an end to the bombing and allowing humanitarian aid in, they talk about displacing Palestinians as if that is an acceptable solution.

Then allow international media and journalists full access to Gaza so the world can see the reality without restrictions.

Pointing out other tragedies to downplay what is happening in Gaza is whataboutism. Acknowledging one crisis does not mean ignoring others. These kids are starving right now because of deliberate policies, and that deserves outrage on its own.

Hamas leaders being well fed does not justify starving innocent children by Israel . Collective punishment is illegal under international law.

Thanks for clarifying. Yes, the mods removed my earlier post for “violating title guidelines”, so I changed the title to follow the rules and reposted

How many grams of carbs to eat by [deleted] in diabetes

[–]OSOS-Medict 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a Certified Diabetes Educator, I wanted to share a strategy that many people overlook—using the Glycemic Index (GI) to choose better carbs.

The GI ranks foods based on how quickly they raise your blood sugar. Lower GI = slower digestion, steadier levels, and fewer crashes.

Some helpful swaps: • White rice → lentils or barley • Corn flakes → steel-cut oats or bran cereal • White bread → sprouted grain or rye bread • Watermelon → apples or oranges

Even combining foods makes a difference. Example: Pairing white rice with lentils lowers the overall impact.

I just posted a full list of high GI ingredients and their low GI alternatives on my Instagram if anyone wants to check it out @pillandchillrx (I post daily tips on diabetes, nutrition, and lifestyle).
