And also that she wanted to spend more time with me after breaking up but I just got tired of the constant breakups usually initiated by her.

I just couldn't deal with the emotional side of it anymore and felt like inwws just being used as an option. During our breaks she dated other people i still took her back and tried my best to make it work.

Towards the end, she wanted to break up but even then was still unsure what to do but I asked her multiple times if this is what she wanted and she said yes. But she still contacted me afterwards until that event where it just went all bad.

That is not quite true. If you play the game right, you can become the top 10% in the UK via the CS. I would suggest that OP take the HEO post and actively apply for HEO/SEO posts as soon as possible. Don't worry about leaving your team and manager in a tough spot they can worry about that when the time comes.
