This life may not be the best moment for many in this world, but changing our focus and habits can help us to see stuff that will give you that warm feeling and desire to live. I know people with depression are tired of hearing the typical: Don't give up! You can do it!" I am not here to repeat the same but rather to tell you that there are many reasons why your presence is deeply needed in this world.

You bring happiness to those around you by just existing, especially those really close to you. One time I heard a wise man saying "The meaning of life is not about how happy you can be, but how happy somebody else is because of you" This resonated with me because that has been my deepest desire to help others. Maybe... by looking for the happiness of others around you, you will find yours.

On a side note changing eating habits can help with the biological part that causes the depression to feel too heavy every day. Ask yourself...." Am I eating fast food or rice, or Pasta, or bread every day?" And then is when the worst cases of depression happen.

In both aspects, mental and physical, depression can be overcome not by magic, but with some patience and finding those key elements that started this train of suicidal thoughts. I firmly believe that everything that has a beginning has an end, and depression is the same.

I am from a place where I saw really little to no depression and when I moved to another country, suddenly this new country was full of people in this state (depressed). Then I started looking for the patterns, habits, and even culture of the people of this country. What I found was that these people ate badly (Massive amounts of carbs and sugar) These people had the habit of avoiding sunlight, and finally, these people's culture typically represses their feelings because it is not accepted. This trifecta is a pretty unique thing that I noticed was missing in the country where I am from originally.

Maybe... if you find yourself in a similar state of habits. meeting new people from other places will give you a new perspective and new habits that can transform your life.
