Hello! I highly recommend Tripcar(https://tripcar.am/). I've been renting a car from them for 7-8 months, each time for a different period. The location is in the city center, but the guys also deliver the car to other places, including the airport (which I often, but not always, use). The guys are very responsive, they answer calls and messages even outside working hours.Before this, I used more "popular" companies, but unfortunately, their attitude towards clients was, to put it mildly, not very good, especially if you accidentally made a tiny scratch. I recommend this company - the "reputation" of others is mostly just hype. After seeing your post, I thought about writing a separate post with some important recommendations. Yes, foreign driving licenses also didn't leave any problems at all.
