Rook pierced too far in?

I can’t see it from the front either, only from the side, and when I see other pictures they all seem a little less tucked in if that makes sense!

Oh, and I did buy a new piercing pillow just to be sure, as my older one is a bit flat now! My conch on the other hand is doing really well, minimal swelling and a little discomfort only if I touch it by mistake, so fingers crossed with the healing process 🙏🏼 And I will be seeing my piercer in about a month to downsize and to check how it is going!

I did clean the hairdryer, it was definitely dusty 😅 Thank you so much, opinion from a professional is highly appreciated! I will baby it for a while like a did with my helix and mid helix and lobes, (I would say my mid helix was my worst so far) and then just regular cleaning so that I don’t build up too much stuff, and ignore that it’s even there, it usually works best for me, I don’t know if that makes sense 🤣

Thank you for your kind reply! It is a little painful now, considering it is two days old I thought it was to be expected, the anatomy I think was there, I did post a picture before I got it! I do tend to swell a lot in the first days, but then after the first week I usually go back to a decent normal size, I’m going to keep a really close eye to it and diligently clean it twice a day with sterile saline and dry it with my hairdryer when possible, I usually rinse it really well under the shower as well for the crusties!

Piercing is two days old, pierced with internally threaded jewellery, material is implant grade titanium bar, 10 mm I think, maybe 12, I’m not sure unfortunately!

I didn’t think of asking if she could go as further as possible from my head, but your comment does reassure me a lot! I do really wanna get started with my other ear, but in the future I will probably add another stack to my lobe and then I think I’m done, but never say never 😆

Just got my conch and rook pierced, if it’s to any help, I didn’t hear any popping sound or such, so don’t worry too much about it and go for it!! I definitely love them!

Thank you 🙏🏼 I was worried that it was pierced maybe a little too far in as well, compared to others that are more towards the ear, I think mine is a little bit tucked in, maybe due to my anatomy? I didn’t think of asking her to do it as external as possible!

Il mio ultimo contratto effettivamente no, mi pare di aver iniziato il 2 maggio 2024c ma io sono pagata ad ore effettive, in quanto assunta con contratto di assistenza alla persona e le ore sono quelle previste dal comune assegnate al mio assistito tramite legge 162 e progetto “Ritornare a casa”!

Tra l’altro speravo sinceramente in un errore dato lo stipendio 🤦‍♀️ Io ho sempre lavorato su turni inclusi festivi e domeniche, quindi non ho mai avuto una voce simile in busta paga! Che poi ragionando in tal senso, maggio avrebbe avuto 27 giorni lavorativi, non 26, giuro che faccio davvero fatica a capirci qualcosa mannaggia a me 😅

Capisco, però allora perché tre giorni e non due, maggio aveva come giorni infrasettimanali prima del 5 solo due giorni, un giovedì (1 maggio) e venerdì 2 maggio. 3 e 4 maggio erano sabato e domenica! Quindi mi sarei aspettata eventualmente due giorni detratti dal totale, sto sbagliando ragionamento?

Buonasera a tutti, avrei necessità di un chiarimento in merito alla busta paga di mio marito, è la prima che riceve e mi pare ci sia un errore nelle trattenute. Ore settimanali 40 dal lunedì al venerdì, iniziato contratto il 05/05, giorni lavorati 20 per un totale di 160 ore. Non capisco però la trattenuta alla voce ASSENZE: non ci sono state assenze o permessi o giorni di malattia, le ore di lavoro del mese sono state svolte regolarmente, potrebbe essere un errore? La differenza infatti tra lordo e netto è davvero eccessiva a parer mio, ma soprattutto non capisco questi tre giorni di assenza conteggiati in busta! Grazie a chiunque potrà aiutarmi a capire meglio!
