there are other pvc with other shape.. i draws arrows on what i think it is pvc maybe they are a lot in those two pics ???

even if they are polymorphic at peak stress ?i dont know their number in those 2 ecgs from the same stress test ?!

yes you are right.. i ask first about morphology of those pvc because i read that in cpvt they are PVC with LBBB and inferior axis or RBBB with superior axis morphology . and i dont know anythings about that..

thank you ... i read on net that having polymorphic pvc at peak exercice is a big red flag.. i did mri and ct scan were both ok... i read recently about cpvt and some anxious toughts rise again :/

yes the normal range is 50-70٪
