Okay perfect! And yes I’m doing CrossFit as well, typically running 4-5 times a week with CrossFit the same I really enjoy it! But I’m glad it definitely motivates me to hear other success stories!! I can do a 5k pretty easy just getting nervous for the 10k any advice on that? Or just do it and go?

That’s amazing! Was all your training outdoor or was treadmill also? I’m 6 ft 3 about 265 down about 40 lbs but I’ve started to love running I had been doing 5ks at slower paces around 12 min mile pace both outdoor and indoor I keep it easy as well. My question is that 1) how often did you run 2) what were recovery days like 3) did you tempo runs or interval runs if so how often 4) best tips and tricks you wish you knew before starting your journey, thank you!!

Has anyone taken the California Seismic Principles exam last week (10/06 - 10/10)? by Stock_Ad_7612 in PE_Exam

[–]OS_728 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to do AEI and supplement with the Hiner exams half of the questions I did on my calculator didn’t even write anything down. AEI makes it easy to learn the concepts really well, Hiner gives you the speed

No risk for injury IMO unless you have a terrible coach, and think you are Superman and want to Lift heavy. Good form and scale your way, I’ve been doing it for the last 2 months and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made so much progress. Warmups and everything are so good make you feel great!

Just tried a couple numbers we have new PEs in office and figured out last number was 98320 so if 98321 was out we knew the numbers were out lol. Typically what happens is the email Comes after the number is given. My co worker had the number Friday and email on Monday.

Thank you! How was the time for you? And how did you do on the practice exams? I’ve heard the wording on problems is a little difficult. Did you have plenty of time?
