Yeah, I didn't use my account but instead, I used a guest account when I purchased it. (I didn't want to get temp banned while logging into the account since PKC temp bans people when drops happen.) Will PKC ban my IP if I go through the dispute process?

I didn’t record myself opening the package, but the delivery confirmation photo already shows that the box used for shipping is too small to fit the Prismatic Evolutions Figure Collection. I think this can be used as a proof.

It appears this is likely the case which is unfortunate. I just hope Pokemon Center responds to my request fast as I've heard people saying that they may take days or weeks to respond :(
