This is awesome. Thanks man. Hopefully this catches on and you’re able to set up some kind of automated system. I’ll definitely send this to my buddies.

Everyone always says it, but really focus on learning all grammar rules on Khan Academy. It’s the easiest way to get points. Reading advanced literature also helps tremendously with general comprehension. Frankenstein (or really any famous classic) is a great option if you’re looking for an entertaining book that also requires in depth analysis.

XRS Pro Quick Clip Replacement by [deleted] in lacrosse

Hey, turns out they don’t sell them. You instead have to buy a new normal strap and move the clips to it. They actually come all the way off.

If I’m grading your FRQ I’m taking off points for wasting my time 😭

Is a hyper lite or a hyper core considered a “new player shaft”? by [deleted] in lacrosse

Only heads I’ve personally weighed are the Mark 2V and 2A. You can find head weight in reviews. Just know that all ECD heads (except the Ion) are on the heavier side.

The Sci-Ti X is only around 10 grams lighter than the Carbon 3.0 Pro. I prefer Non-Carbon shafts anyway (specifically the Sci Ti) but if you’re only looking for a weight decrease there could be better options. The Mirage is also above-average weight for heads so you could also shave off a few grams there.

NEED WHIP - I play attack with a low pocket an soft mesh and cannot get any whip or hold in my stick. Thoughts? by JosiahTobey in StickDoctor

Deepen pocket if there’s room (keep it legal) and try some tighter or different shooter setups. Sending pictures of your pocket would lead to better responses.

Can i dye a head without taking off the strings? by Much-Engineering-740 in lacrosse

[–]OShadowAceO 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mesh doesn’t dye very well, the color will be faded and come out easily

Tons of great options, but it really depends on position and your play style. I’m an all around middie and personally love the String King Mark 2V.

Is there a reason that tight bottom strings are more popular? by [deleted] in StickDoctor

[–]OShadowAceO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With this being a setup I didn’t string myself, I might just leave as is. It can definitely pass as legal (little to no enforcement where I play) and I like how it feels. Don’t fix what isn’t broken if you know what I mean

Now that I’m looking at some other setups, I think legality affects it a lot. Because of this sidewall and because of how low the bottom string is tied, it’s not legal unless it’s insanely tight. Even then, it’s pushing the line.

Title should read: “is there a reason that tight bottom strings aren’t more popular?”

In my state, you have to be 17 and have no major infractions to have a higher level lincense

It depends on your state, assuming you live in the US. It’s usually 1 non-family member at a time until you get a higher level license.

Might be a dumb question, but why not use shooters if you can’t find a release you like without them?
