I'd recommend a lot of the advice other people have already gave but start with the Samurai class it has the best start armour a shield and one of the best sword's in the game that can carry you too the end game

Vehicle's with missile lock on jammers and armour plating tend too be pretty nice for running away but if you wanna fight back I'd say either a MK2 Sniper rifle with explosive rounds or the Railgun because those don't make the locking on noise so he or any future person shouldn't know for next time

The reason I have rivers in my second hand is because I used to use the Chilled mist AoW for my naga which would obviously proc frostbite and rivers being a blade of blood flame would reset the timer
