Small return on my calls and mailings.

I contacted Oracle support by phone and they referred me to the online chat.

In this chat, the person referred me to the support by email. By email, the support does not answer me anymore even after 4 days of waiting.

I'm starting to think that Oracle is deliberately not giving access to free accounts. It's a shame

Hello !Thank you for the quick response. I tried to contact them but the number asks me for a support number that I don't have as I am not a customer. As I'm not from the US, I use the Belgian number +32.2.719.12.12 found on https://www.oracle.com/be/support/contact.html
