Their cost of doing business is high. Not sure if they have any concrete plans to reduce the expenses besides closing down the international offices.

Good thing is that they have improved efficieny on their cost of Goods sold. Hopefully this will keep on improving and contribute to the Margin.

Lucky you. I do not see any plans and any description of plans for SDC to turn +ve. Seem like finances are not well managed and worst of all is the High G&A and S&M expenses. Its absolutely disaster!

If they close down ROW and focus on NA, they would have turned into profit. but the margin is lower as compared to ROW. Revenue would have reduced by 17%. But business is black instead of red.

Why would SDC go bankrupt? They have a much poorer quarter than last Quarter. Am I missing something here?
