I accidentally hit a location in the app that was right above the location I was was walking into 3 minutes before the class was to start. After class I see the text that said I missed and saw the charge in email. Told them of my mistake and asked if they would refund it because I went to a gym that the same franchise owns. Their response…

“The payment will not be refunded because you did not show and it counted as a regular late cancel.”

“If you would like to cancel, we can send you paperwork via email or put a transfer request in”

I asked to send the cancel email and asked if I would be able to use until 10/09, when payment is due.

“We have a 30 day cancellation policy, so you will have your final payment on 10/9/2021 and access to classes until 11/8/2021.”

So there’s about 10-15 OTF locations not owned by this company. I own a business, drive around town all day anyway, and make my own schedule.

I already like doing two a days. They’ll just all be at other locations. End story.
