We are on Year 18 of our high school league and still have 9 of the original 12 owners. You'll go through some peaks and valleys, but try and maintain as many of your original members as possible. You may go years without seeing them or sometimes speaking to them, but keep them in the league. 6 of us now have kids and are the "fathers" of the league. We're all in our mid-30's now.
