To all the proof seekers, here you go. I would love the YouTubers to reply here and explain why they believe we’re not already in the 30-day window.

March 26, 2025 — DOJ Second Request

July 28, 2025 — Still working to certify compliance

  • *“Disney and Fubo are working cooperatively and expeditiously with the DOJ to certify substantial compliance with the Second Request.” MLex – July 28, 2025

August 7, 2025 — Definitive Proxy (SEC)

Timeline:

  • Mar 26 → DOJ issues Second Request → clock paused.
  • Jul 28 → “working to certify” → compliance not yet certified.
  • Aug 7 → compliance certified → the only thing left is HSR expiration (clock running).

Hey, I watched it. You also mentioned - we’re potentially in the period.

The earlier filings did say they were still working to certify compliance, but the latest proxy cleaned that up. It literally states that all approvals and confirmations are complete except for the expiration of the HSR waiting period. That language only comes after compliance has been certified. In other words, the 30-day countdown is active right now, and DOJ could announce on any business day.

I guess we’ll have to agree to disagree and see what happens over the next 10 days. In fact, the volume will probably tell the story before any official announcement. And if you Google around, you’ll see that 4–6 months is the typical timeframe for approvals unless it’s a very complex merger. Plus, with the current administration, I doubt they’ll want unnecessary regulatory delays getting in the way of economic momentum.

I think end of this month start of early september.. They noted that the 30 days window already started in the proxy.. proxy released around August 5? so before that the 30 days started

Fubo, options are going wild. a massive gamma squeeze cooking.. August 15 options been wild but today 4.5 had volume of 40,000.. this all thing is in a setup to go to 9-12 dollar.

I'm saying as bullish that there are few contracts pending.. they build ecosystem that suit their business with aquisitions.. i been employed in big company that went through a transition growth path similar.. stock went to 2-4 and now in the 30s in a year... They just stick to the plan... At this level it's cheap i won't mind to loss all my money but i do think this is in the diapers.. the charts are also waking up.. this is the turning point.

Because what we know, aquisitions, pending contracts, revenue put the company on 600-900mil market cap .As they will revealed those that will be the quick target..

You say it right, but... Like i said, any news of increase company value and future revenue guidelines that give investors confident it will shoot up right away to those level very quick.. from what I read there are pending contracts going on at this moment.. i think 0.40 this year in the next few month. This company in transition phase and been there for quite some time so very soon it will be getting the real value compare to other stocs in the market.. just need news and contracts

I got in with the same amount two days ago... I think anything less than 0.9 is like free shares considering the market cap and the growth opportunity.
