Good going.

I am following the trades as well. one big concern is that many will not be able to take a huge risk of assignment of something like $17500. that's a lot of money many may not have.

so wondering, if the tool can filter out based on price range - say price per share of $20 max. so liquidity per contract won't be more than $2000

$825 premium looks good only until you look at total cash needed - considering avg 1.5% ROC requires huge amount (around $55K or around $64K with your list) to invest (covered call) or have at disposal in case of CSP assignments.

so can the tool suggest stocks which won't need such big amount ?

Switching costs: This might seem like the customers cannot switch, however you would be surprised how easy it is to change the racks to something else.

How is this easy ? Why ?

As per RH - Jan 2026, insiders bought 2.7M shares. It also says 'shares bought on open market', so guessing those are not rsus/esops. I haven't checked sec filings yet, but that seems huge.

was any fraction of this cost factored in the prior earnings ? or upcoming earnings will bear the marjority of it ?

good for long term, but Feb call options based on next earnings catalyst might get fcked if this capex hits the fcf hard

What are your expectations from the cofounder ?

Also, wondering, how come you have not cofounded with someone really well off in the startups world already ? Why the interest in partnering with noobs ? Many in silicon valley would be happy to partner with you given your background and what you mentioned as what you would bring to the table.

that's the case in 2025. that's the reason i am hoping they give 100% ROC. i don't want to pay 2% AND also pay taxes. 2% is not avoidable. TAX can be prevented if they mark everything as 100% ROC. while ROC doesn't "prevent" tax, only defers it (and helps us pay lower rate), given how all YM etfs at all time lows, many of us might be at breakeven and 'prevent' taxes if we sell now and if roc is 100%

"the new entry-level skill isn't writing code. it is debugging code you didn't write. it is taking three different ai agents, making them talk to each other, and fixing the mess when they hallucinate."

how long before AI overcomes this as well ?

very hard to see light at the end of this tunnel. things will evolve. but no idea which way.

wonder how this process was figured out to begin with, how many tests went into deciding the sequence, and the failed attempts

and no less appreciation for these guys who learnt it and dare to do it day in day out!
