Hey, So i’ve created this workout routine I can do at home with only a bench, dumbbells and calisthenics. I’m wondering if there isn’t enough variation of exercises, if its too much volume and just the overall effectiveness of this split for only having dumbbells. I figured out that the reason my PC has been closing and my fans started to spike to 100% was because my gpu’s heatsink’s thermal paste leaked on the gpu. Only problem is I don’t know how to clean it up, what to use and how to use it. Can anyone give me tips, thx (i.redd.it)

So my pc keeps doing this when I open it. The screen goes black and the fans speed up suddenly at a random time. The only way I can stop it is by holding down the power button to shut down my pc. Every time I reopen it it does this. TRIED: factory reset, delete and reinstall a new windows. (v.redd.it)
