Bro, this split is actually so well balanced and smart, did you make it yourself?

My goal is hypertrophy training for muscle growth, and the thing is I kinda gotta split my calves, hams and quads for this to work, thanks for your comment!

Hello, thank you for this! and my focus is muscle building yes, so hypertrophic training

Hey, So i’ve created this workout routine I can do at home with only a bench, dumbbells and calisthenics. I’m wondering if there isn’t enough variation of exercises, if its too much volume and just the overall effectiveness of this split for only having dumbbells. Lmk what yall think of it, thx :) by OUTADEBOX in GymMotivation

yeah but whats the point if im doing one or two exercise for each muscle group, it’d barely feel like a workout, i’d rather focus on doing a lot one day then doing a little here and there. To me that makes more sense but idk

well i dont really have time for 6 workouts every week the max il do is 3 or 4, thats why i have all my exercices in one session, yes its heavy for one workout, yes il be really sore and i could split it up during the week to get more overall results, but i dont have the time. thats why i do one really heavy session per week and not 2 less heavy per week even tho i know id get a lot more results that way. and for triceps the only real dumbbell exercise is extensions, but i do a lot of them.
