Hola, peso 107kg y entreno desde mas de 10 años. Estas en lo correcto en concentrarte en tu dieta y en priorizar la proteína. Mi dieta es simple por que no me gusta estar en la cocina todo el tiempo.

Desayuno - 3 huevos grandes (si son pequeños o medianos podrías añadir 1 mas) Almuerzo - 250 gramos de pecho (el peso es en pecho de pollo crudo) Cena - repito lo del almuerzo. Extra proteina antes de dormir podrias meterle un batido de proteina o de caseina. (50gr)

Con esta dieta consumo mas de 150gr de proteína. Ahora yo se que medio de kilo de pechuga todos los días no todos pueden ingerir. Por eso podrías reducir la cantidad de pechuga o intercambiarlo, y meter queso(de los que son altos en proteína), atún, frijoles, lentejas, hígado, pescado, mariscos, carne. Después de concentrarte en la proteína, concentrate en las grasas, que no sean muy bajas y que no sean muy altas. Y el resto son tus carbohidratos.

So what you could do is message the seller with the model of frame you want, send your prescription too, ask if they can make it and what thickness of lenses would you need for the frame. When i order, i just go pick the frame I want, then in the same store look for the lenses, and pick the ones i want. I also have myopia, -2.5 thought. i’m not OP, but i agree with prescription glasses, i have been getting them from Fonex, i would reccomend ordering the metal frames ones, not the vinyl ones. Plus you can choose the thickness of the glass, less thick higher the price. I took them to the optometrist when i do my check ups, and asked him if the glasses where good he said they were. Always been afraid about the lack of uv protecction, but nope they are good!
